ONLINE WORKSHOP: FREE
EMOTION COACHING: THE HEALING POWER OF CONNECTION
In this workshop, parents/caregivers learn how to coach their loved ones in becoming more aware of their emotions and associated needs, and how to regulate their emotions more easily.
I provide in-person counselling in Langley, BC. For those outside the area, virtual (online) counselling is available to residents of British Columbia, as well as in provinces and territories where counselling and psychotherapy are not regulated. These include Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories.
